Vision: We feel called to plant a life giving church near every major Marine Corps installation around the world.
Mission: Local Point Church exists to show the love of Jesus in big ways.
Engage Big
We seek to love big in the broken spaces of military and community life. Four broken spaces we are intentionally engaging in are:
- Marriage and family life
- Substance Abuse
- Mental Health
- Military transition to civilian sector
Equip Big
We want to equip military and local families to go into their community and the rest of the world with the good news of Jesus while also serving as the hands and feet of Jesus.
Send Big
We will commission military families to spread the good news of Jesus to the ends of the earth as they are sent to new duty stations around the world.
Meet the Pastor
Pastor JT & Allison
Pastor JT and his wife Allison have had a heart for North Carolina ever since they were stationed here during his time serving in the United States Marine Corps. They long to show the love of Jesus in big ways by stepping into the broken areas of this world and sharing the life giving hope of Jesus.
JT and Allison have 4 children, they love staying active as a family whether it is lifting weights, going for a walk together or hanging at the beach.
The also enjoy time with friends and family around the dinner table and love to host families in their home.
